The Process

Your car is safely lifted and the wheels are removed.
The air in your tyre is drained and the bead of your tyre is then pushed down to give us better access to repair the rim of your alloy.
Your tyre wall is masked up and any damages, imperfections and scuffs are removed. Deep damages may be filled with specialised alloy wheel filler.
Your wheels are then degreased and prepared for painting.
The wheels are taken into our spray booth to be painted in your chosen colour.
The wheels are then baked to harden the paint under our infrared heaters.
Your wheels will be quality checked and all the masking is removed from the tyre.
Your tyres are then refilled with air your wheels mounted back onto your car.
Your car will be safely lowered to the ground and all wheel nuts tightened accordingly.
